My name is Sue Williams, and I’m here with my husband, Michael. We’ve been clients of Portcullis for more years than I care to remember, but Robert Blount has been our financial advisor for the last three or four years.

I had some lump sums of cash to invest, particularly a redundancy payment, and although I considered trying to find investments myself, it seemed to me that I didn’t have the expertise and breadth of knowledge that was required in order to make the best of that investment.

As to whether I would recommend Portcullis and Robert, the answer is certainly yes, because I think he’s someone who is approachable, doesn’t blind you with science, is prepared to take time to explain things to you, and he really strives to help you make the right decisions.
